The Human Resource Department wears many hats. Our main mission is to develop and enhance personnel services for ALL our employees. The City of Pineville offers both classified and non-classified positions.
 
The HR department provides, but is not limited to the following services:
  • Orientations and enrollment
  • Maintains and enforces drug testing policy
  • Processes Payroll
  • Act as a liaison between employees and benefit providers
  • Maintain detailed employee records
  • Complies and post all Federal and State Laws and Posters
  • Files all Federal and State payroll reports
  • Maintains all benefits programs for employees (Health Insurance, Work's Compensation, Retirement, etc)
  • Develops, administers, and enforces personnel policies
