While many cities are struggling simply to maintain, the City of Pineville is blessed to be experiencing growth in INDUSTRIAL, COMMERCIAL and RESIDENTIAL developments.  The three main traffic arteries into Pineville Highway 165, Highway 28 East and Highway 107 are also growing in different ways.  Many cities may only experience one or two of these in a given year, but we are currently experiencing all three!

The success City of Pineville continues to be based around a family-friendly community located in the heart of Louisiana.  Pineville's "Quality of Life" (education, recreation, low crime) also continues to make it a destination for development.  Pineville is a city that is "Open for Business" and believes our growth is a direct result of teamwork, commitment and persistence.  From new homes, new home improvement store and new shopping centers,new business and strong sustaining industry.
