FACILITY RENTALS

There is no deposit required.  However, payment in full is due at the time of booking.  No refund if cancellation is within 14-days of the event.

COMMUNITY CENTERS AND PARKS

Main Street Community Center
$400 for 6 hours, $200 for 3 hours, $50 each additional hour

Kees Park Community Center
$400 for 6 hours, $200 for 3 hours, $50 each additional hour

Kees Park "L" shaped room
$100 for 3 hours, $50 each additional hour

Kees Park Pavillion
$300 per day

Kelso Park
No charge, but call for reservation

Hickory Street Sports Complex
$400 per day

Prince Street Sports Complex
$300 per day

LAKE BUHLOW

Call (318) 449-5650 for reservations.

Lake Buhlow (including boat ramp & pavillion stage)
$800 per day Sunday through Thursday
$1,500 per day Friday or Saturday
$3,000 for all-weekend Friday through Sunday

Lake Buhlow electrical hookups
$50 per day, per site for RVs or vendors

Lake Buhlow Security
Security is required for a public event.  Additional security is necessary if alcohol is present.

Security is $40 per hour with a four-hour minimum per officer.  This service will be administered
through and provided by the Pineville Police Department and billed with the Lake Rental.

Fire Rescue, if required, is $40 per hour with a four-hour minimum per officer.  This service
will be administered through and provided by the Pineville Fire Department
