FACILITY RENTALS

There is no deposit required.  However, payment in full is due at the time of booking.  No refund if cancellation is within 14-days of the event.

LAKE BUHLOW

Lake Buhlow (including boat ramp & pavillion stage)
$500 per day Monday through Thursday
$600 per day Friday or Saturday
$1,800 for all-weekend Friday through Sunday

Lake Buhlow electrical hookups
$50 per day, per site for RVs or vendors

Lake Buhlow Security
Security is required for a public event.  Additional security is necessary if alcohol is present.

Security is $40 per hour with a four-hour minimum per officer.  This service will be administered through and provided by the Pineville Police Department and billed with the Lake Rental.

Fire Rescue, if required, is $40 per hour with a four-hour minimum per officer.  This service
will be administered through and provided by the Pineville Fire Department

$150 for 2-hour minimum, $75 each additional hour

Kees Park Community Center

$100 for 2-hour minimum, $50 each additional hour

Kees Park Pavillion
$150 per day

Hickory Street Sports Complex
