Pineville Downtown Development District
The Pineville Downtown Development District (PDDD) is a separate entity from the City of Pineville. The PDDD was created for the primary purpose of redevelopment of the central business district. The district shall be a political subdivision of the state as defined in the Constitution of Louisiana.
Meetings are held on the fourth Wednesday of each month in the Pineville City Hall Council Chambers, 910 Main Street, at 12:00 Noon.

Chairman Mike Tudor -- Serves for the North Rapides Business & Industry Alliance. Mr. Tudor was appointed in 2022 to finish Mr. White's term. His seat is a 4-year term and he is up for reappointment in 2024. Commissioner David Cohran -- Services for the Rapides Parish Police Jury. Mr. Cohran was appointed in 2020 to finish Mr. Miller's term. His seat is a 4-year term and he is up for reappointment in 2026. Commissioner Ryan Franklin -- Serves for the City of Pineville. Mr. Franklin was appointed in 2020. His seat is a 4-year term and he is up for reappointment in 2024. Commissioner Frank Jackson -- Serves for the City of Pineville. Mr. Jackson was appointed in 2018. His seat is a 4-year term and he is sup for reappointment in 2026. Commissioner Denise Jeansonne -- Serves for Louisiana Central, previously known as CLEDA. Mrs. Jeansonne was appointed in 2022 to finish Mr. Wright's term. Her seat is a 4-year term and she is up ford reappointment in 2027. Commissioner Kristetta Miller -- Serves for the City of Pineville. Mrs. Miller was appointed in 2022 to finish Mrs. Phoenix's term. Her seat is a 4-year term and she is up for reappointment in 2025. Commissioner Bradley Perkins -- Serves for the Central Louisiana Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Perkins was appointed in 2018. His seat is a 4-year term and he is up for reappointment in 2025. |
