Questions about billing or other services
In order to have utilities connected you must possess one form of identification. Valid Driver's License or State ID card or Social Security Card. You will also need a copy of lease or rent receipt if property is not owned.
The City of Pineville accepts the following as forms of payment:
- Cash
- Check or money order
- Visa or Mastercard
- Debit Card
- Automatic bank draft
The following options are available to pay for services:
- Pay online.
- Text "Sewer" or "Water" to (318) 515-8194.
- Mail payment.
- Come in to our office at City Hall.
- Drive-thru window.
- Night drop box (at drive-thru).
Payments are due on the 1st of each month. However, there is a grace period until the 15th of each month. Payments MUST be processed NLT 4:00pm on the 15th of the month in order to avoid late fees. If the 15th falls on the weekend or a holiday, late fees will be applied at 4:00pm on the previous business day. Accounts are subject to being disconnected if not paid by the 25th of each month.
ONLINE PAYMENTS ARE NOT available for the following:
- Turn services back on after disconnect.
- New connection.
- Water/sewer tap
