The Human Resource Department wears many hats. Our main mission is to develop and enhance personnel services for ALL our employees. The City of Pineville offers both classified and non-classified positions.
The HR department provides, but is not limited to the following services:

Orientations and enrollment

Maintains and enforces drug testing policy

Processes Payroll
-
Act as a liaison between employees and benefit providers

Maintain detailed employee records
-
Complies and post all Federal and State Laws and Posters
-
Files all Federal and State payroll reports
-
Maintains all benefits programs for employees (Health Insurance, Work's Compensation, Retirement, etc)
-
Develops, administers, and enforces personnel policies
