The City of Pineville, Louisiana

The Property Tax Millage Rate is currently 15.85% of the combined assessed value of home and land.  This rate is subject to change each year upon vote by the Pineville City Council.  The Homestead Exemption does NOT apply to city property taxes.

Some examples:

• Home and land assessed at $50,000 = $79.25 property tax
• Home and land assessed at $75,000 = $118.87 property tax
• Home and land assessed at $100,000 = $158.50 property tax
• Home and land assessed at $125,000 = $198.12 property tax

Commercial Property Tax Millage Rate is also currently 15.85%.  However, calculations vary so please contact the Tax Office for information.
