The City of Pineville, Louisiana

The Pineville Animal Shelter provides humane live traps to the citizens of Pineville upon request.  We have two size traps.  One is used mainly for cats, but also can be used to capture raccoons, oppossums, skunks and other small  nuisance wild life.  We also provide a larger trap that is used to capture dogs.

If you live inside the city limits of Pineville you can request a trap by contacting the animal shelter during regular business hours. No traps are left set on the weekends or holidays.
